Beauty consultant, Tope Mark Odigie has been a makeup artist for over a decade. She is also the head of makeup and wardrobe at TVC. Tope as one of the co hosts on “Your View”, contributes her quota from her own angle of experience in both beauty and entertainment.
Tell us about yourself?
Tope Mark – Odigie is a Professional Makeup artist, currently the head of department Makeup and Wardrobe at Continental Broadcasting Services Limited owners of TV Continental. As a Beauty Consultant with 10 years experience in the industry, I am passionate about teaching and training others her art. She is also known for her strong youth advocacy and love for politics.

Since inception of the show almost two years now.

What inspired you to go into makeup?
I believe every woman is beautiful and I see a lot of ladies suffer inferiority complex under the misconception that they are not pretty or good enough, this pushed me into enhancing people’s looks via makeup, hair styling and wardrobe styling. I have gotten a lot of positive feedback from people who have never felt beautiful – fall in love with the new updated version of themselves, thanking me for making them look and feel good.Never underestimate the power of good makeup.
What did you study?
Science laboratory technology.
Everyone on the show has a subject that appeals to them at some point in time, which subject most, appealed to you on the program?
I always find politics very interesting and intriguing but my passion is youth education and reorientation.
What pre-show ritual do you perform?
Quick reading of newspapers and a short prayer. In Live shows anything can happen and I always pray that my words will positively impact on all that listen.
Where do you see “Your view” in the nearest future?
I see the show leading the revolution for a better country, increasing political awareness, empowering the minds of all Nigerians with great information. I see the president, state governors, leaders of the society seeking to use the “Your View” platform to communicate with the people.
Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
I see my NGO, “TMO initiative” efficiently mentoring thousands of teenagers into becoming successful adult contributing positively to the society.
